About Me

Troy comes from an e-commerce and re-manufacturing background. He founded and operated a company that refurbished and resold cell phones, where he worked for over 10 years. Troy is a strong leader with extensive experience with online advertising, automation, customer service, and creating detailed processes to make any company successful.

Troy has been referred to as a “human Swiss Army knife,” because he has the ability to do a little bit of everything from fixing a database to managing employee conflict. He also has an uncanny knack for finding a solution to almost any problem. His experience from his previous career has translated well into senior living management. Troy is intimately familiar with Yardi Systems, talent acquisition, and the Executive Director role in a community that provides him with a well-rounded base of knowledge and experience that he uses daily to address the next challenge or opportunity.
