Stage Management is a locally owned and operated management firm specializing in senior housing including independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Founded in 2016, our company has a proven model of building high performing teams, adding value and increasing transparency though all-encompassing operating systems.
We emphasize and invest heavily in the wellbeing of our residents, their families, and our on-site teams though many different programs and initiatives.
We strive for our residents to feel that their move to senior living is one that brings enjoyment and fulfilment amidst a seemingly challenging stage of life.

Stage Management has developed extensive and all-encompassing operating systems to increase the transparency and performance of our communities.
Our goal from the outset is to deliver industry-leading community, care, and food while supporting resident’s daily life through vibrant activities, housekeeping, and forward-looking property management.
We are hands-on and highly accessible to our on-site staff and investors which has created a track record of successful communities throughout the Denver metro area.
COVID-19
Since its onset in early 2020, Stage Management has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on senior housing.
Without complete information on how we would be affected by the virus early on, we implemented multiple layers of protection for our residents and team members, while keeping our residents, staff and family’s mental health at the forefront of our planning.
Our response has proven successful to date with very few resident cases, and even fewer severe cases of COVID-19.
Today with the advances in vaccines as well as proactive medical interventions, we have kept our guard high, but residents have largely returned to pre-pandemic life.
